Electric buggies, Baggage porters and Lounge access can be booked in advance for any stage of your transit through the airport. Additional charges apply and some services may not be available at all locations
departures
- You will be greeted when you arrive at the agreed drop off point
- We will assist you through check in and expedite you through security
- If you have access to a lounge, we will escort you there.
- Your Airport Concierge Agent will monitor the boarding gate and escort you to the aircraft, remaining on duty until the flight is airborne and you are on your way!
arrivals
- You will be greeted at the arrival gate by your personal Airport Concierge Agent holding a personalised sign
- Your Agent will assist you through Immigration, baggage reclaim and Customs
- You will then be escorted to your final mode of transport and assisted with any onward travel arrangements
transit
- You will be greeted at the arrival gate by your personal Airport Concierge Agent holding a personalised sign
- Your Agent will assist you through Immigration, baggage reclaim, Customs or check-in for a connecting flight
- If you can connect airside (not going through Customs), you will be assisted through the flight connection process directly to departures
- Your Agent will monitor the boarding gate and time and escort you to the aircraft, remaining on duty until the flight is airborne and you are on your way!
