Departures
- Your car transfer service can drop you directly to the private facility (Chauffeur car transfers can be pre-arranged *)
- You will be greeted upon arrival and escorted to the Exclusive VIP suite where complementary refreshments are served
- You will be checked in here and If pre-arranged, your additional services will be available
- Your luggage will be taken directly from your car, checked in to be loaded onto the aircraft
- We will monitor boarding and departure times whilst you relax in the lounge
- When ready for boarding, we will escort you through a private security channel then transfer you via private chauffeur driven car to the aircraft
- We will escort you to your seat with the option to be boarded first or last
Arrivals
- You will be greeted at the aircraft door and escorted to your private chauffeur driven car, waiting by the Aircraft, then driven directly to the private facility
- You will be escorted to the Exclusive VIP suite where refreshments are served
- Officers from Customs and Immigration will arrive to complete all formalities
- Your luggage will be collected and brought to you in the VIP suite, ready to be taken to your Chauffeur driven car
- Your car service can then collect you directly from the private facility (Chauffeur car transfers can be pre-arranged *)
Transits
- You will be greeted at the aircraft door and escorted to your private chauffeur driven car, waiting by the Aircraft, then driven directly to the private facility
- You will be escorted to the Exclusive VIP suite where refreshments are served
- If pre-arranged, your additional services will be available
- Officers from Customs and Immigration will arrive to complete all formalities
- Your luggage will be collected and checked in, if it is not already through checked
- We will monitor boarding and departure times whilst you relax in the lounge
- When ready for boarding, we will escort you through a private security channel, then transfer you via private chauffeur driven car to the aircraft
- We will escort you to your seat with the option to be boarded first or last
